Any changes to this Agreement must be done so in writing or they will be null and void. Woof-Purr LLC has the right to make any changes to this
Agreement at will and without notice. With any changes, a new agreement will be presented before any new services are rendered.

Policies and Procedures

  • Woof-Purr LLC and its employees agree to provide services stated in this Agreement in a reliable and trustworthy manner.
    In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the Client expressly waives any and all claims against
    Woof-Purr LLC or its employees, unless arising from gross negligence on the part of Woof-Purr LLC.
  • The Client agrees that all pets must have a veterinarian and must be current with all vaccinations. Please bring a copy of vaccination
    records with you before or during admission or pet(s)
    will not be admitted.
  • Your credit card must be on file at your veterinarian’s office. A copy of your credit card (front and back) and a copy of your
    driver’s license must be provided to Woof-Purr LLC. These copies must be enclosed within a sealed envelope with pets name written on envelope.
  • The Client agrees that all pets must be treated with a flea, tick, and heartworm preventative. If fleas are found on
    pet, a flea bath will be given at an owner’s expense.
  • The Client agrees that we will not administer sedatives to your pet—regardless if they are veterinarian prescribed. If your pet needs this type of medication you need to make arrangements for your pet to be hospitalized with your veterinarian.
  • Woof-Purr LLC does not diagnose or make therapy decisions nor does it offer veterinary services. Any veterinary/medical
    concerns will be referred to a veterinarian.
  • Woof-Purr LLC will not board acutely ill animals or those with uncontrolled medical conditions. We suggest the pet be boarded
    with a vet. Certain medical conditions may also be referred to a veterinarian for boarding. Pets infected with Feline AIDS, FIP,
    ringworm, kennel cough or any other contagious disease will not be admitted.
  • Woof-Purr LLC will not be responsible for any medical bills due to kennel cough or any other contagious disease.
  • The Client understands that the animals interact with other animals and employees. The Client must express any known
    aggression problems that the animal has with other pets or people and must be free of any communicable diseases. The pet
    is being admitted based on Client’s representation.
  • Client is solely responsible for any harm caused by their pet to any employees, other pets/owners, or property. Client agrees
    to reimburse Woof-Purr LLC for all costs (including, but not limited to, medical care and lost wages) associated with exposure to pet(s).
  • Woof-Purr LLC does provide bowls, and bedding; however, if you decide to provide your own, Woof-Purr LLC is not responsible for
    those items. Please label all items including medications with pet’s name and owner’s name. The Client is to provide the pet’s
    own food and treats. It is not unusual that the Client’s pet does not eat the first day of boarding. There is also a possibility that
    the change of environment may cause the pet to get diarrhea or vomit.
  • Woof-Purr LLC will not accept aggressive pets. If your pet displays aggression or behavioral problems, it will be removed from playing with others.
  • Client understands while a pet is playing that accidents do happen. Client understands that Woof-Purr LLC will not be responsible
    for scrapes, scratches, bites, transmission of diseases, etc. as these things are common among play groups. Client
    understands that pet may become dirty from playing with other animals or playing in yard. Woof-Purr LLC is not responsible
    for baths or cleaning animal. Woof-Purr LLC will brush pet.
  • All dogs must be accompanied by leash. All cats must arrive and depart in a carrier.
  • Woof-Purr LLC reserves the right to take pet(s) to vet if necessary. Client is responsible for all charges including, but not
    limited to, vet fees and transportation fees.
  • Woof-Purr LLC reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or
    inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.
  • The Client agrees if pet is not picked up, or we are not notified, within 5 days after scheduled pick up date,
    Woof-Purr LLC will consider pet abandoned and pet will be dropped off at nearest shelter and
    the authorities will be notified.
  • Payment is expected before services are rendered. In the event of additional unforeseen costs (such as food, supplies, flea
    bath, vet fees, etc.), payment for purchased supplies or outside professional services (such as a vet visit) shall be reimbursed in full along
    with an additional surcharge of $20. The total shall be due upon pickup of pet.
  • Boarding is billed per day, not billed on a 24-hour cycle. (i.e. If you bring your pet on Monday at 3pm and pick it up on
    Tuesday at 3pm billing would be for 2 days).
  • Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled boarding day or a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Woof-Purr LLC
    must be notified within 2 days of an early return or you will be charged for the remaining number of booked days.
    If pet is not picked up by 10 am the rate defaults into the daycare rate Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday
    defaults into weekend rates.
  • If your pet needs to be picked up from your residence or returned to your residence a $25 travel fee will be charged each way.
  • A $50 deposit is required for all boarding.
